Screw chiller is a kind of steam compression refrigeration unit. The refrigeration principle is to apply energy to the refrigerant vapor through the compressor, so that the pressure and temperature increase, and then through the condensation and throttling process, so that it becomes low pressure, low temperature refrigerant liquid evaporates into steam in the evaporator, and obtains heat from the surrounding environment (refrigerant, such as cold water) to reduce the temperature of the refrigerant, so as to achieve the purpose of artificial refrigeration. It can be seen that the steam compression refrigeration cycle includes four essential processes such as compression, condensation, throttling and evaporation.
